Internet artists don't deserved to be insulted for using tools unfairly assoicated with low quality work.
If they managed to create something cool using anything readily available.
That is actually really cool.
Anything that can get Job done is perfect.

A lot of people assume that you need expensive art stuff to make good art, but that's not actually true. Many artists manage to create impressive artwork with just MS Paint and Crayola art supplies.
